Pros
Good pay, and good work.
Cons
This location is constantly understaffed, and running behind. Don't expect to work just one department, you will be pulled to work in them all. And in the afternoons during check in, and overnight, they only keep one person working in the entire hotel, which means that if something happens you are alone to deal with it. One example: if a guest asks to have extra towels brought to their room, you have to go do that. But that means leaving the front desk unattended, which means that the gift shop is also unattended. That leaves people that show up after you leave the desk waiting. Thankfully towels are pretty quick to handle, so no one is left waiting too long in that case, but if it's something bigger you're dealing with? Expect a lot of upset guests about the wait, and about the issue, and upset management because you can't be in 12 different places at once.
