The upper mgmt is stable, however one of the owners is also the mgmt company and I think the decisions are to personal.

Cons

This will be no surprise but as in any hotel the lesser employees work for minimum wage although they probably work the hardest.

Cons

Unprofessional in some areas. Low Salary. No place for advancement. No bi-annual or annual review.
