      Pros

      You learn what being a "team player" is all about You make wonderful connections with guests If you can surive Front Desk on a busy night you can do anything

      Cons

      You never feel what you make reflects what you should be making Most hotel owners tend to be cheap and you have to deal with it If you are middle management you really run the hotel on a Front Desk agent pay.

      Working at Hampton was difficult

      Pros

      The connections you can make at Hampton coupled with the knowledge of the local workers make this place of employment bearable.

      Cons

      Cattiness and gossiping led the job. From the GM all the way to the breakfast attendants these employees were allowed to keep things stirred up. It was trying in every way if you were on the wrong "team".
