Pros
Management is great to work with. They are friendly, inviting, and understanding. In fact, the whole staff is wonderful to work with.
Cons
Management wants this hotel to be top in the nation, but isn't willing to pay the employees what they are worth. I had to fight for a raise after three months (which I was told during my interview would be given to me anyway). I also had to fight very hard to get another raise when I took on additional duties.
