Pros

The employees get along here and work as a team. The company really cares about each individual employee. There are clear career paths for the employees. The company always looks to hire within first. The opportunity only stops when you do.

Cons

Pros

Working as a relief operator, you have a certain amount of freedom than normal production shifts.

Cons

Forklift operators are the quickest way out of the company being that every fault is due to the operator even if it is not due to the operators fault.

Pros

Good people that tend to stay for a long time.

Cons

Man dominated industry with limited opportunities for advancement. Some of the management need to work to engage employees and keep them motivated. Lots of clicks within certain departments not allowing for new employees to feel valued and part of the culture. Great place to stay if you plan on staying in the same role.
