There is no better company. Top to bottom, it's a great place to work. I feel blessed to be there.

Cons

No real cons with the company. The industry is cyclical, so that can be negative when the macro economy is not great.

Cons

skilled workers have to be trained. It takes alot of work to train folks from the production floor and make them millwrights.
