-Good starting point for athletics -Co-workers friendly and helpful -Decent benefits -Rich in history and prestige -Excellent educational institution

Cons

-Job security in athletic department decent at best -Staff meetings not conducive to productivity -Poor maintenance of facilities (Definitely was improving during my time there) -Unclear expectations
