I can't really think of any advantages of working at Hampton University.

Cons

When considering how high tuition was at Hampton University, one would have easily thought employees were paid more. However, it was just the opposite. The same position at a local PWI was paid twice what I made for the same job with the same duties. I would never want to work there again.
