      Pros

      None, nothing good to talk about, it is really a miserable place to work for.

      Cons

      Corrupt disorganized, unqualified management, ugly campus with a cemetery in the middle of it, expensive health insurance, no good benefits, no competitive compensation, no opportunity for advancement. Students only care about the grades they get, sometimes disruptive and entitled students. This University just wants to get as much as they can from you and spit you out, they only care about grant money.

      Pros

      The school sits on the water so it's nice out there in the summer time to sit and eat your lunch.

      Cons

      You get paid once a month. It takes like three checks for your direct deposit to kick in. When you leave they will send you a letter stating that you will receive a check with your accrued vacation and sick leave that you didn't use, however when it's time to cut the check they will come up with an excuse not to pay you. It's nothing but politics there if you know somebody you will be good. They do not pay well at all. Medical insurance is extremely high and unaffordable on the salary they pay you.
