For the amount of work that is required each day and the level of difficulty, the hourly pay is fair, Plus the tips paid out with each bi-weekly paycheck was a nice bonus.

Cons

After your 90 day review and possible pay raise, your hourly base pay raises are only on an annual basis, unless you get a promotion or learn a new job position in the restaurant.

Supportive, innovative, solution-oriented management. Dedicated, loyal staff who enjoy sharing their skills to support a culture of shared success.

Cons

Limited benefits and PTO At the time I worked there in IT, I felt resistance against change among Senior staff at the corporate level. (My understanding is that this has changed since I worked there) Limited room for growth in the IT department. (largely due to employee retention)
