Pros

- Hybrid work - catered food for office days - The coworkers are the best part and other teams in the offices - Have all the relevant softwares you need

Cons

- Horrible management. C levels do not know what they are doing. - This is a nice to have product. It’s not a need. The price that we sell Handshake for is too expensive to justify for companies to buy. - They let go of everyone. Since my time here 15 people have been let go and they’re just going to let go of more people if they do not hit their number. - 85% of the team does not hit quota. - You are an SDR. They track calls and emails more than they track closed won deals. - Managers micromanage. All the good AE’s are leaving.

Great mission, people, and starting a new business line that could be huge for us!

Cons

Things move fast and change a lot here, you gotta roll up your sleeves. But the growth I've had here has been phenomenal and it's worth it!

Pros

- Truly talented and collaborative team — I felt supported and challenged every day - Great exposure to industry tools and workflows - Fast-paced environment that helped me build core skills quickly - SKO and other opportunities to travel - Catered Food and Snacks

Cons

- Growth opportunities often required moving to another team or leaving the company - Lack of formal investment in employee development or career pathing. - High-performing individuals weren’t always recognized or retained. - Process disruption from leadership without context - changes to systems and workflows were frequently introduced by leaders without context and/or experience.
