      Looking in Finance/Accounting? Run! Terrible Management, High Turnover, No Growth

      Pros

      Competitive salary, WFH (but hybrid enforcement starting in August), some great ICs.

      Cons

      Lets talk numbers. In the last 6-12 months, Over 75% folks left in Finance and over 60% left in Accounting. Why?? Horrible management, toxic work environment, zero support and growth opportunities. Managers just don't care or value you. You are just a headcount and will be replaced in a second. You have been warned! Good luck!

      Unrealistic Travel Requirements: The company mandates an unrealistic amount of travel to client sites, which severely impacts work-life balance and personal well-being. Inconsistent Leadership: Leadership frequently changes goals and expectations. This leads to confusion and frustration among employees. Culture of Fear: There is a pervasive fear of speaking up about concerns or issues within the company, stifling open communication and innovation. Not a need-to-have product : consistently churning customers due to high $$ increases yoy and the product not being essential to their business. CEO's Focus on Image Over Substance: Rather than addressing fundamental issues, the CEO has prioritized soliciting positive reviews from long-standing employees, neglecting to improve Handshake as a workplace.
