Pros

- they work hard at diversity and representation - lots of opportunities - the people are amazing

Cons

- the codebase is in an in-between phase, so it can be a little unwieldy. The issue is constantly being discussed, improved, and iterated upon though

Pros

- Direct manager clearly communicates their expectations and offers useful, timely feedback. - Company leadership is unified and transparent about ultimate goals. - Mental health and work/life balance are taken seriously -- folks are encouraged to take time off when they need it, and teammates support each other when someone needs to take time away to recharge. - Everyone truly cares about the mission.

Cons

- It's a startup, so expect to hustle and expect to grind sometimes. - Handshake is a complex product because it has multiple verticals and customer bases, so the ramp in the beginning is steep. - Getting promoted/leveling up can take a long time.
