      Pros

      The interview process was very straight forward. I had the opportunity to connect with a variety of team members across the company, and the communication and time lines were very clear.

      Cons

      It's less than ideal to start a new role remotely, but Handshake seems to have figured out how to make everyone feel welcomed even from far away.

      Clear outline on who is conducting interview, focus of the conversation, next steps, etc. Great balance between meeting the candidate where they are and maintaining Handshake's high standard for employees

      Cons

      Some delay/confusion on when/timeline to hear back about next steps between rounds of interview (also interviewed over the holidays, so that makes sense).
