      Pros

      Been at Handshake for a little over a year. Amazing team here at the executive and team level. Truly feel supported and love the work we do. We have an awesome mission and our customers are always willing to speak on our behalf and share their success stories. We move fast and there's a ton of trust, so there's little to no micromanagement. You are the owner of your projects - if you need help, ask for it and you'll get it but otherwise, you own your domain. If you're looking for a role where you'll make an impact and be seen, this is the place to do it.
