      Pros

      Although Handshake is technically a start-up, it doesn't really feel like it. One of our core values is Learn, Grow, Repeat, and it is evident that the leadership here takes that value very seriously for all employees as well as the company. Everyone at Handshake is supportive, wants you to succeed, and cares deeply that we are successful in what we do to best support students and recent grads. There are numerous avenues to learn individually and as a part of your team, as well as incredible opportunity to move up within the company.

      Cons

      Due to the fact that it is a start up, there is always something to do. This is great for people like me who need to stay busy in order to stay focused! But may not be for everyone

      It's amazing to work at a company that is actually making a difference. Handshake is growing incredibly quickly. The team is friendly, helpful, and incredibly driven.

      Cons

      With hyper growth comes growing pains. Roles can evolve quickly. The seasonality of the business can be hard to manage sometimes.
