      - Very friendly coworkers - Opportunity to mold your position the way you want - Very supportive team - Diverse company - Opportunities for growth - Unlimited (Flexible) PTO - Focused on improving the culture

      Cons

      - Very social and exhausting - Often called out to speak even when you feel uncomfortable - Way too many meetings (probably because of covid) - The culture is very fast which makes it more challenging to produce high quality - Possible bias in selecting seniority level

      Being able to work with people and a company where everyone is so mission driven is amazing! Lots of opportunities to grow your career in a fast pace environment!

      Cons

      Still a very young company so a lot of learnings still to be had. It is a start-up so things quickly change so you have to be ready to change along with it.
