Pros

Everyone from the CEO down is so eager to learn, grow, and build the company. Diversity is one of our top values and it feels genuine. We have a strong competitive advantage in the space, which bodes well for stock grant recipients.

Cons

In some ways, we're just getting started so in some areas, there is structure that is still left to put in place.

Pros

- Everyone working here truly believes in the company's mission and works together towards a common goal - Transparency about the company from upper management - The company is focused on growth, learning and personal development, values diversity and not only talks about it but makes things to help promote diversity and inclusion. - Decent vacation/sick leave and working from home policy - Still young, yet not naive, has a smart strategy about the company's future and isn't just taking it easy 'riding the VC funding wave' - Very quality-oriented - The managers are very hands-on. - Everybody on the team has a great and intimate understanding of the product - not just support and engineering. - Good benefits, has both maternity and paternity leave of absence.

Cons

- Seasonality: some months will have higher workload than others. - Things are moving really fast, and constantly changing. Work-life balance could suffer (but also depends on a role). - Not your type of startup if you're used to underperforming or doing the minimum amount of work. There's a high expectations of your performance. - No 401(k) yet.
