Pros

Working for NB has been very Refreshing. The family atmosphere makes work enjoyable. Never have a issue taking time off for kids doctors appointment, school closings, etc. Everyone was created equal at our branch, from management, to drivers, or account mangers to isr, we all know we couldn't excel at our position without each other. All and all I am thankful for being a part of the Handy team.

Cons

Old School mind set with older employees, some people are just set in their way and haven't opened up to really being a part of the team.

We greatly value work-life balance and it’s good to hear that your experience with your manager is supportive of the time you need to care for your children and other demands of daily life. Regarding an “old school mindset” – that can be the case with people of any age.
