Overall a good place to work - doesn't like to promote within

Pros

-Very willing to train and help you learn new skills -Overall a good balance between work and personal life. Some weeks would be hectic but overall not bad. I average 45-48 hours a week. -Great benefits for 401K and health insurance. Vacation time was average.

Cons

-hard to get feedback on what to do to get promoted. Only one person in my department got promoted the whole 5 years I was there. -Minimal raises and no bonuses. -Upper management had a hard time implementing changes that could improve processes.

nice people, great communication and information sharing with different apartment, many opportunities to develop your career path, great leader team

Cons

Overall, the working experience was far more than I expected. If I have to find some cons, the headquarter is located in the a little city that is kind of quite and slow.

Cons

Certain members of the management team have extreme expectations of the employees. While everyone wants the best, sometimes they aren't very amicable when dealing with family or personal issues.
