Pros

Great place to work with lots of great people. My manager is awesome and empowers employees to drive change and seek new ways of doing things. I also feel appreciated for the work I do on a daily basis.

Cons

Retirement compensation is okay, but not as good as the other companies in the area. Raises are pretty standard on an annual basis and there isn’t much room for growth unless you change positions.
