zero. none. stand at the highway offramp with a cup in your hand. you will get more respect than from anybody in this building.

Cons

it does not allow to rate zero stars. they tout work life balance- unless you are needed for almost anything like changing a litebulb. then want to know why you would object to coming on sunday with your own ladder and paying for the bulb your self.
