Non- flex schedule. No free health insurance. Low raises. Low morale. High turn over rates. No room for growth or advancement. Management with low standards. Low raises. Technologically behind. False on the job training. Unreasonable expectations.

They have been around a while

Cons

Fired more than half their staff during a pandemic while they were bonusing other employees. Act like they care but would run you over with one of their trucks if it could save them a buck. Treat their employees like worms with no say in the matter. They always say they have an “open door policy” but I know of 2 people that had SEVERAL HR complaints against them but nothing was ever done. Don’t work here unless you want to sit in constant fear of listing your job.

Sundays off and you don’t have to clock in.

Cons

You work all the time. All problems get pushed to sales people. Anything that goes wrong gets pulled from your commissions. It’s not worth it.
