There is nothing to say in the PROS. OOPS, yes there is - You have a lot of free time due to the fact they don't have any leads.

Cons

There is nothing but lies that come from the senior management of this company. They do not know how to follow up with promises made to sales reps. They think that their sale reps, because they are 1099 independent contractors are like pawns on the chess board. One VP in the company will tell you anything you want to hear to give you butterflies in your stomach which sooner than later will turn to sour milk.

These people are horrible human beings. They fire older people with knowledge and enough guts to stand up to lies and replace them with no-knowledge kids that are on power trips!
