*Great pay scale (commission plus bonuses) *Set your own hours, you get back what you put into it. *Managers are leaders, not just lazy control freaks like most places *constant training and support *if you are a people person this is perfect, no long office hours. Your office is your car.

Cons

Sales crew are independent contractors so no health benefits, 401K or retirement etc.

Errors in your paperwork and miss measures will cost you, the money has to come from somewhere, your commission is the logical choice. don't expect a chance to re-contract and jeopardize the deal
