To many steps in doing things, people do not read notes, things get delayed when they should not be, when issues need to be corrected by the field agents responses take to long and it holds up completing orders. I think the sales people should be able to process work orders while on the job so they are not off on the sales price, so they are not ordering the wrong product, the wrong size, customer can be confronted on the spot if there is a issue with the product, size color, product, and than you have people in the office who can double check the product for codes that may have been over looked.

really hard to make any money. they send you out on appointments knowing that the customers won't get finaced. you will be running a lot they said they try to keep you in a area but you end up driving all around town.
