Great products with good energy savings for a fast return on your investment.

Cons

100% Commission with no perks or benefits. Your are a 1099 self-employed working for Hansons required to attend morning meetings everyday without pay. . You will spin your wheels & rag out your vehicle and not make any money. They are always finding reasons to reduce your commissions on deals that you write & screw the sales people. That is why it is a revolving door at Hanson's. I am at the top of the sales report & still broke. Why is that? When it cost me money to go to work I am out of their soon!!!!

There is nothing to say in the PROS. OOPS, yes there is - You have a lot of free time due to the fact they don't have any leads.

Cons

There is nothing but lies that come from the senior management of this company. They do not know how to follow up with promises made to sales reps. They think that their sale reps, because they are 1099 independent contractors are like pawns on the chess board. One VP in the company will tell you anything you want to hear to give you butterflies in your stomach which sooner than later will turn to sour milk.

Pros

They will keep poor performing and dysfunctional employees because they're "part of the Hanson's family." This includes employees with felonies, drug/drunk driving convictions and criminal sexual conduct. Because everyone deserves a second chance. Cesspool of negativity.

Cons

Constant promises that you can make so much $$$$ beyond the substandard pay. Unfortunately with so many rules and restrictions that it remains unachievable most times, and you are left with the blame. ONLY hiring for canvassers and sales reps. They'll post ALL SORTS of help wanted ads for different positions just to get you in the door.
