If you are an alcoholic, you will have a good time gathering with others who drink and party on ever-day basis and show up late at work next day and nobody will monitor you. You will have good chill time at this unprofessional organisation which is run by some Lala who has no idea what technology is. He is a real estate owner, trying to invest in IT with the help of some fancy looking people who are struggling from last 4 years to even meet their own expanses.
Cons
No break-even achieved. No professional environment. No security of Job. You have no learning. Your career stops. You may earn but deep inside you know this is not going to work for a long run. Politics. Under qualified management. HR runs a an Instagram and more concerned about her selfies. No professionalism. No motivation. No passion. You can't speak-up against them, they will play politics to eliminate.
