Bonus, work enviroment in A level office space. Training was a very big component of all employees and fostered teamwork.

Cons

Company enjoyed great early succcess and later had issues with profitability.

The benefits package is wonderful. The pay is competitive. The work is interesting and varied.

Cons

Very flat structure makes possibility for promotions very limited. Especially if you are not willing to be globally mobile. Too much emphasis on expats.

it would have been better if the pay packages are more competitive. It will also help to improve the current systems and infrastructure in place
