Good PTO. Not really anything else that is a pro

Major favoritism. Horrible HR department. Very very very low pay

Lots of discrimination toward employees based on education level, age, salary etc.

Pros

Upper level managers/VP's/CEO view employees as disposable. Lot's of intimidation and discrimination based on your education level, age, salary etc. You are required to volunteer your own time at fundraising events. You are shamed/bullied into donating back to the agency.

Cons

If you have no other job, this will give you income. Get your experience here to move on to a better company.
