Pros

The founders are extremely bright and have built an interesting product in a market with real opportunity. There are talented people on the team, and the company has the potential to solve meaningful problems for customers.

Cons

The biggest challenges are work-life balance, lack of focus, and inconsistent leadership direction. While the founders are intelligent and ambitious, they lack the industry experience and leadership maturity needed to consistently guide the organization, support employees, and stay focused on the highest-priority opportunities. There often seemed to be a tendency to move on to the next “shiny thing” before fully executing on the current strategy. That lack of patience and focus created confusion, made priorities difficult to follow, and impacted the overall employee experience. Work-life balance was also a concern. Expectations were high, but the structure, communication, and leadership support needed to make those expectations sustainable were not always there.

Pros

Cute office, some of the people are really nice, interesting problem space.

Cons

This place is a grind. Leadership are all from Spain and have no idea on how to scale the company. Strike price for equity is so expensive it’s not even worth joining anymore. Benefits are horrible, attrition is really really high, it’s a sweatshop. I would definitely not recommend working here at all unless you’re willing to work non stop, weekends too, and are ok with the worst benefits. Also location of office is in the worst possible place in SF. They’re very disorganized and talk behind your back a lot here.

Pros

The company is solving genuine, interesting problems in the AI space and has clear product market fit. There are some incredibly smart, motivated individuals working here whom you can learn a lot from on a day-to-day basis. The SF office space is modern and visually appealing.

Cons

While the founders are intelligent, they severely lack the leadership maturity and industry experience required to scale an enterprise organization. They suffer heavily from "shiny object syndrome," constantly shifting strategic direction before executing on the current plan. Work-life balance is practically nonexistent. High expectations are placed on everyone, but the leadership structure, communication, and organizational support required to make those workloads sustainable are entirely missing. Working weekends is common. The strike price for equity is set so prohibitively high that the options aren't even worth joining for anymore. You take on early-stage tech volatility without any realistic financial upside. The combination of long hours, chaotic management pivots, and poor benefits leads to a revolving door of staff.
