Environment is pushy so you are going to work hard. Messy management.

'Smart' CEO and 'Knowledgeable' CTO

Pros

CEO is very smart, and his company can survive even without paying landlord and employees. CTO is very strong in googling code and copy/paste them (Look at their Github account). He is also good at making bugs and asking budget for maintenance.

Cons

Employees live in fear of whether or not they will receive their next paycheck. Company has been blacklisted by Magento from too many complaints from clients.

1. Work/Life balance - most of the time you won't feel stressful 2. Some of co-workers are nice and helpful 3. For new grads - if you have few knowledge in Web tech/Engineering, they will be glad to teach you

Cons

1. Terrible management - that's why I said in Pros only some of the people have been helpful because the rest are just foolish enough to RUIN the company. 2. Horrible Benefits - you don't talk about benefits in Hara because literally there is NO such thing. 3. Company are pretty under these days. Seniors all left. And it doesn't have good relationships with clients and Magento, not anymore.
