I can't believe there are actually some 5 star reviews. It's a scam. When there are some 5 star reviews as well as 1 star reviews, you should really trust those 1 star ones Simply put: - terrible management; the seniors have no idea what they are doing and what they should do - Treat clients pretty bad (And this is a service-based company) and also the employees; no benefits to employees at all - high turn over rate. believe it or not, for the past year, around 40 people have left

Pros

Very nice co-workers, in an open environment. Good feedback from superiors, clear goals and expectations. Management is very open about what they want from you, and wen they expect it. Very genial atmosphere among the employees, almost camaraderie-like.

Cons

There are times when company plans take a sudden and unexpected turn and what was recently priority #1 is no longer deemed as such. It can get annoying to change tacks at times, but thats all - its just an annoyance.
