Pros

really nice people, lots of new leadership which is okay in some departments, and not okay in others. they like to promote internally which is a good and bad thing.

Cons

things move really fast because it's a startup. I think some people had to work weekends to keep up the pace of production.

Pros

The work culture here is amazing! It's a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone is highly motivated and truly cares about each other's success. The policies in place really favor the employees' well-being, making it a fantastic place to grow both personally and professionally. The recruitment process amazed me—it was probably the most transparent I've ever experienced. Huge shout-out to Adrian for making me feel valued and informed the entire time.
