Hazardous Work Environment quickly becomes Hostile if reported

Inconsistent Direction and Frequent Dangerous Deviations from SOP Potentially Illegal clearly deficient training procedures Reliance on arbitrary safety foci while ignoring actual hazards Entrenched leadership is willfully ignorant of OSHA standards No opportunity for career development

Pay was ok, some of the team members were nice enough.

Cons

4am shifts, random shifts, Don't get hired there if you have a child with health issues as they won't really work with you when your child has emergency health concerns and have to miss shifts in that first year.
