Stores operate so differently from region to region Communication from company left open to interpretation by regional and district managers.

Pros

Can be a team environment. Benefits are good, pay is good. Hours and schedules can be demanding but with good leadership is manageable. Closed 3 Holidays a year.

Cons

Upper Management. If you get a “bad” DM they can make your life horrible. Usually anything above your DM doesn’t care about people- it’s about numbers and perception. Over the last 2 years they’ve taken away tools to assist the customer such as rain checks and limited freight into stores.
