Good job for first manager position. Good for the new manager, or someone out of school

Cons

No room to be a manager, everything is dictated, only thing you have to do is memorize stupid sop and success drivers, this isn't being a manager it's being a puppet. Dm and regional Don't have a clue about team building.

Commission on top of minimum wage, paid time off accumulated as hours worked. Close employment atmosphere and flexible scheduling if needed

Cons

Customer basis and company policies can be challenging. There was few things wrong. Good company to work for for extra cash as well as a beginner job.

Easy job that doesn’t pay.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere and dress code. Simple job doesn’t require any brain power. Sometime you get to drive a forklift. You get a workout everyday.

Cons

Heavy lifting and poor compensation. High employee turnover rate. Punishment for performance. If you are a good employee and hard worker you’ll be expected to go above and beyond all the time.
