Business Outlook
Pros
Very laid-back work environment, co-workers spent time to really get to know you. The company did not have that "corporate feeling" like many other chain stores have. Schedule was very flexible and they are willing to work with school schedule. The employees start to feel like family after awhile.
Cons
The store was very small and old, it needed updating. Store was connected to an Asian food restaurant and the smell of rotten fish would come through the walls sometimes. The coupons sent out can be confusing to customers, who then get angry. If you ever need to call in sick or change your shift last minute, they make you find someone to cover, if you can't then you get points.
