Company does not over complicate things, very simple strategy and approach, focused on a high level of execution, customer engagement is a key and developing our associates daily to be leaders, which drives our results.

Cons

No issues, just be ready for a fast pace and you need to sprint daily, it's a fun place to be with the growth!

Cons

As with any transformation there will be challenges on the journey. Not everyone wants to take the journey.
