Good hourly pay plus commissions. Opportunity to advance if you show effort.

Cons

Typical small store, high volume retail store. Very stressful at times, especially during "Sidewalk Sales" "Parking Lot Sales". Employee turnover rate is very high like most retail spots, so get ready to do your part and more.

Location is nice, finally got rid of the horrid head of HR, major PRO, some great co-workers - those that aren't stabbing you in the back, decent benefits.

Cons

Executive team is a joke. It's unfortunate the power that be isn't smart enough to realize he's simply a cash cow for the other powers that be. Very sad.

Pay... 401 contributions match up to 10% heathcare is almost free paid time off acrues fast.

Cons

The company is growing too fast trying to keep up with some of big box and losing sight of current store hurdles while all stores are not the same they expect the process to be a cookie cutter thought process
