Pros

Good interaction with other employees. Clean, safe working environment. Fun, if you like tools. Fast paced, friendly environment. Good way to meet people.

Cons

Pay is weak. Not able to work more than 30 hours per week, and usually you work 22 hours pee week or less. Schedule always changing, hours always changing.

Used to be more of a friendly enviroment. A lot of the focus is now on growth not all good if stores are in bad location

Pay... 401 contributions match up to 10% heathcare is almost free paid time off acrues fast.

Cons

The company is growing too fast trying to keep up with some of big box and losing sight of current store hurdles while all stores are not the same they expect the process to be a cookie cutter thought process
