      Pros

      Great place for a consultant billing an hourly wage. Decent benefits, and 401k perks for FTE. Some employees (Sr Mgr and above) receive very nice packages.

      Cons

      Very very biased (sex and race), you are either 'in' or 'not'. Long hours expected, work life balance mentioned but not a reality. You are expected to work long hours with no real comp time. Certain Mgr/Dir/VP positions get all the raises and bonuses, does not trickle down to the workers. Incompetent workers seem to thrive. Company low balls salary , 10-30% below market

      Great product, fun atmosphere, good discount , learned alot about tools, controlled Product flow , bonuses,

      Cons

      Low payroll, forced 2 overnites every week, high turnover, no interal promotions , mirco managers, too many tasks not for productivity but busy work.

      Pros

      Can easily move up in the company when you show interest. They work well with your schedule. Can make extra money with the extra programs you have to sell.

      Cons

      Expect a lot out of cashiers for minimum wage. Very slow and out dated computer systems. Always short handed.
