      Pros

      Easy work, fast pace, decent benefits and PTO for part time employees. Management was supportive. Worked with my class schedule for college.

      Cons

      Long hours, average to poor pay, bad schedule coverage for management in a very busy store. Expects a lot out of new employees. Archaic computer system for registers. Cashiers need to.keep track of a lot of things that could be easily computerized and it slows down business.

      Very diverse type of product. Promotions are available if you are willing to transfer and have the ability to manage a business that seems to thrive on change.

      Struggling to make some improvements in infrastructure and needs to improve training programs focusing on selling culture and realistic expectations
