Employee benefits are some of the best in the county

Excellent employee benefits, ya get to work with tools, employees get 20% anything in the store, no exclusions.

Cons

In 3 years they like to push their associates out the door because every year you're there, your time off gets multipled, if you hoard it, the company 'forces" you to take a check if it gets to a certain point. Managers got an extra paycheck every 2 weeks on-top of their normal paycheck, and who can't argue with an extra 2gs minimum. (I was shown this first hand, as it was getting rubbed in my face by my sales manager and my store manager)

As a people-first company, we value the work/life balance of our Associates, and we encourage them to take time off, but refusal to do so is not a basis for termination. We understand the importance of a clear and fair time-off policy, and we strongly encourage our Associates to connect with their HR Partners for any clarification regarding company policies. Supervisors and Managers receive bonuses based on performance, and this has been transparently explained in their job descriptions for anyone to see. However, we strive to maintain a respectful and professional work environment for all our Associates, and matters of workplace culture are very important to us. Certain employees can be problematic. General retail problems. Customers will assume you are expert at whatever they're needing help with.

Managment Selective Accountability Not promoting from within as they state they like to do. Too much workload and not enough time or staff to get it done in smaller stores that are always busy.
