Attendance is now sent to a Third party, so no matter what you and your store manager have discussed you will be fired with no final. Not only that the management just tells you that you are no longer aloud in the store as you show up for you shift. No explanation no warning. In a week you will get a letter with you last paycheck and the numbers to corporate HR that you will call leave messages and never here anything back. Just like that your canned. If you are firing people for family emergencies and 5 minutes late, while basically holding you hostage "until the job is done" hours past your SCHEDULED off time. #048 FYI my manager was an hour late on the shift I was on time for, that i wasn't allowed to enter the store.
