Pros

Pays better than most. Teams generally work well together, company is working to show they care. Days go by fast.

Cons

Nonstop movement during shifts, physically exhausting. Early shifts starting at 4am. Very heavy workloads daily/weekly. VERY tight deadlines, no exceptions. Not enough hours for part time per week. Way too much to memorize. Very much a micromanaging company. Not enough hours for entire staff each week, constantly have to cut hours. Worklife balance not great for management.

Decent place to work, but difficult to advance

Cons

management was a nightmare for a while so a good amount of turnover happened in the last year or two so it didnt help. thankfully the manager(s) that was micro managing and trying to get under our skin left so its a lot more relaxed as far as that goes. its also difficult to advance. the company often hires from outside rather than promoting from within. besides management, there are only 4 full-time positions, so if you don't have someone leaving soon to give up senior associate youre going to have to be patient or find somewhere else to go.

Awful training and Poor Management.

Great benefits. Perfect for people who do not care and are okay making customers mad.

Cons

Poor Training. Awful Software and Broken Shipping Confirmation system. Understaffed with high turnover. Lots of built in stress from the current management practices and policies. Extreme micromanagement about time but no concern about training, empowering and helping customers efficiently. Regularly apologize and tell customers to call back.
