I've been with harbor freight for a year and a half now and I would say that this is probably the best place that I've worked in the last 10 years they treat their employees and respect them they offer treats all month-long and the pay is adequate.

Cons

Working in the automobile park industry there are some things that are just too heavy for 1 person but they always have the buddy system if need
