      Pros

      Rate of pay is good. Benefits are good. Bonus is hard to achieve but when you can achieve it, it's good.

      Cons

      Upper management has created an atmosphere where more people are working out of fear of consequences than they are of desire to do a good job.

      Pros

      Laid back, great vacation package, flexible and easy to learn the procedures.

      Cons

      Not enough hours per store; could use more for coverage. Crazy overnight hours for pricing, and some projects have a lot more steps added to them, they could cut out time by condensing how they want programs completed. Shipments that are sent in are sometimes damaged and counts are off, need to have more attention to detail at the distribution warehouse.

      Pros

      The growth of our stores. The capital investment made at the Dillon DC to give us the tools and technology to improve our service performance to our stores. A CEO along with a Senior Executive Team who believes in the work we are doing and also appreciates the efforts made to improve our performance

      Cons

      It is the most challenging place I have every worked. There are days you wonder if you make a difference and I have sometimes questioned my own abilities. You have to work hard to get an issue resolved and when you do, there is another right behind it. So you need to be on your A game everyday.
