Harbor Freight is a good company for those that want to start off their career in the customer service industry. Good benefits and flexible schedules for college students.

Cons

Some stores like to run with minimal manning making daily task difficult to accomplish

Pros

Always room to grow due to turnover rates. Always tasks to be completed as there's always issues left unresolved. You'll never be left guessing what to do with micromanaging.

Cons

Far too chaotic and unpredictable scheduling. Turnover is really high, always short staffed. Overburdened with additional duties that build up swiftly. Favoritism is incredibly noticable. Delegation of duties to individuals who shouldn't be given them, while avoiding actual decision-making situations.

Nice co workers cause no one wants you to quit

Cons

Horrible scheduling. I'm a part time worker that works 7 days a week. Sometimes for 2-3 hours at a time which is against policy. Make the same money as a cashier but work late nights, deal with trucks and continuous stocking
