Was once a great company to work for. Used to have a great owner, corp team and friendly work enviroment.

Cons

Poor upper mgmt. Horrible work enviroment. The stores are forced in a position to give poor customer service and then blamed for the results. Every since the founder was forced out by his son the company has gone down hill.

The pay scale is good.

Cons

You will earn your paycheck the amount of verbal, emotional and sometimes physical abuse you have to endure at this job. Horrible place if you have any kind of life. They expect you to give up everything for the good of the store and expect that you do it with a smile. Managment or above get bonuses off the hard work of associates, and associates, full time or part time, see nothing. 2.5 percent raises bi-yearly on raises for managment.

Pay was ok, some of the team members were nice enough.

Cons

4am shifts, random shifts, Don't get hired there if you have a child with health issues as they won't really work with you when your child has emergency health concerns and have to miss shifts in that first year.
